The terms counselling and psychotherapy are often used interchangeably.

The difference for me is that counselling focuses on conscious, specific issues whereas psychotherapy delves into the underlying aspects of personality that may be preventing an individual from realising their true potential.

We will discuss your specific needs during an initial session.
